Got questions?
We've answered the most common questions below. If you can't find what you're looking for, book a call.
How does your pricing work?
We operate on a simple subscription model rather than hourly billing or fixed-scope projects. You can choose either a monthly rolling plan or an annual plan (which is significantly discounted). Both options include unlimited hours — the only rule is we work on one project at a time. This gives you a predictable monthly cost with no surprise bills, regardless of how complex a task turns out to be.
Do you offer monthly contracts, or is it annual only?
We offer both. Our monthly rolling plan gives you full flexibility to cancel at any time. Our annual plan is discounted significantly because we value long-term partnerships. We can also arrange bespoke terms — for example, a three-month trial at a blended rate — if you'd like to test the waters before committing to a full year.
What does 'unlimited hours, one project at a time' actually mean?
It means there's no cap on the number of hours we spend on your account each month. We focus on one project at a time so we can deliver quality work efficiently. As soon as that project is completed and signed off, we immediately move on to the next one on your priority list. In practice, most tasks are turned around within a few days. The pace of progress is driven by how quickly we can collaborate — the faster you can provide feedback and sign things off, the faster we move through your roadmap.
Can you do a one-off project rather than an ongoing subscription?
We're designed to be a long-term partner rather than a one-off project provider. The reason is that without first understanding your business processes and the wider Zoho system, we can't provide proper consultancy — we'd just be making surface-level fixes. That said, our standalone Process Review (£1,000 + VAT) is a great entry point. It gives you a full audit and roadmap that you can implement yourself, bring to another provider, or use as the starting point for an ongoing subscription with us.
What is the Process Review and what's included?
The Process Review is a standalone engagement for £1,000 + VAT. It includes three parts: first, we do a technical review of your existing Zoho setup before we meet. Then we spend a full day with your team (on-site or remote) to understand your end-to-end business processes, frustrations, and goals. Finally, we deliver a prioritised roadmap report showing exactly how to get from where you are now to where you want to be. If you then choose to subscribe to our ongoing service, we deduct the £1,000 from your first invoice — so it effectively becomes free.
How big is your team?
We're a specialist, growing team. We deliberately keep things focused so that you work directly with senior Zoho experts who genuinely know your business — not junior staff you've never met. Unlike larger consultancies where you might get handed off after the initial sales call, with us you'll be working directly with the people who understand your system inside out. We're actively expanding and have years of combined experience across the full Zoho platform.
Are you an official Zoho Partner?
Yes — Limitless is a Zoho Authorised Partner, with over seven years of experience in the Zoho ecosystem. What sets us apart from many Zoho partners is that our business model isn't based on selling Zoho licences for commission. Our focus is entirely on supporting you in getting the most out of the Zoho platform you're already paying for — not upselling you on more licences you may not need. This means our advice is always in your best interest, not driven by sales targets.
Where is your team based?
Our entire team is based in the United Kingdom. We're experienced with data privacy and security requirements, including working with clients who hold government contracts with strict compliance obligations.
Which Zoho apps do you support?
We support the entire Zoho platform. Our most frequently used apps include Zoho CRM, Desk, Marketing Automation, Campaigns, Analytics, Sales IQ, Books, Inventory, Projects, People, and Sign. While we naturally spend more time in some apps than others, the knowledge is very transferable across the platform. We also cover custom development using Zoho's Deluge scripting language for bespoke automations and integrations.
We're only using a fraction of what we pay for in Zoho One — can you help?
Absolutely — this is one of the most common situations we encounter. Many clients come to us using just CRM and perhaps one or two other apps out of the 60+ included in their Zoho One subscription. As part of our Process Review, we audit all the external tools you're currently paying for and identify where Zoho alternatives could replace them — saving you money while making everything more integrated. Clients are often surprised by how much value is sitting untapped in their existing subscription.
Can you help us consolidate our software subscriptions?
Yes, and this is one of the areas where we deliver the most tangible ROI. We've helped clients eliminate costs by replacing tools like Calendly (with Zoho Bookings), third-party HR platforms (with Zoho People), Zendesk (with Zoho Desk), Zoom Webinars (with Zoho Meeting), Mailchimp (with Zoho Marketing Automation), and even Zapier (with Zoho Flow). All of these are included in your Zoho One licence at no extra cost. We'll assess what makes sense to migrate and what's better kept as a best-of-breed tool for your specific needs.
Our CRM data is messy — can you help clean it up?
Definitely. Data quality is one of the first things we address with most new clients. Dirty data undermines everything from reporting accuracy to marketing effectiveness. We'll work with you to identify duplicates, outdated records, and incomplete entries, then put processes and automations in place to keep things clean going forward. Many clients find that simply cleaning up their data unlocks insights and opportunities they didn't know they had.
Can you help with reporting and dashboards?
Yes — Zoho Analytics is actually our favourite app. We build live dashboards covering sales pipelines, marketing performance, financial summaries, team productivity, and much more. Analytics can pull data from across your entire Zoho ecosystem (and external sources too), giving you a single view of your business. Many clients aren't using Analytics when they start with us simply because it's more complex to set up than other Zoho apps, but once it's running, it becomes indispensable.
Can you integrate Zoho with our other systems?
Yes. While we always look for opportunities to consolidate into Zoho where it makes sense, we also regularly integrate Zoho with third-party tools. Whether it's syncing with Xero for accounting, connecting LinkedIn for lead generation, integrating with industry-specific software, or linking to a data warehouse, we can build those connections. Zoho has robust API support and its own integration tool (Zoho Flow), plus we can write custom integrations where needed.
Can you help set up email marketing and automated flows?
Absolutely. We build the entire technical infrastructure for your email marketing — automated welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, re-engagement campaigns, post-purchase follow-ups, and more. We also set up SMS and WhatsApp campaigns where appropriate. What we don't do is write the actual marketing copy — we'll work with your marketing team or a third-party content creator to get the right messaging in place, then we handle all the technical setup, automation, and reporting.
How do you communicate with clients day-to-day?
We hold fortnightly video meetings with every client to review progress, unblock issues, and plan ahead. Between those meetings, all project communication happens through ClickUp, our project management tool. You get full access to your project board where we share video walkthroughs of completed work, progress updates, and comments. You can raise new requests, provide feedback, and track everything in one place. It's designed so you always have visibility of what we're doing without having to chase us.
Do you provide training for our team?
Yes. Training is a core part of what we do. There's no point building a brilliant system if your team doesn't know how to use it. We provide hands-on training as part of our onboarding process and whenever we roll out new features or automations. This can range from one-on-one sessions to team-wide workshops. We also provide video walkthroughs of new functionality so your team has reference material to come back to at any time.
Can you work with our other agencies and partners?
Absolutely — we regularly collaborate with web agencies, PPC specialists, marketing consultancies, and other technology partners. For example, we work alongside CRO agencies to ensure website data flows correctly into the CRM, and with marketing agencies to make sure campaign content is properly set up in Zoho's automation tools. Having everyone aligned means better data, better reporting, and ultimately better results for your business.
What industries do you work with?
We work across a wide range of industries — from IT and telecoms to e-commerce, professional services, security, healthcare, education, and more. This cross-industry experience is actually one of our strengths: we can take best practices from one sector and apply them to another. Whether you're a four-person company or an 800-user organisation, our approach scales to fit your needs.
What does a typical first year look like with Limitless?
The first six months tend to be the busiest. After the Process Review, we work through your priority roadmap — this might include CRM improvements, marketing automation setup, analytics dashboards, data cleanup, and consolidating third-party tools into Zoho. After that initial burst, the relationship naturally settles into more of an ongoing support and enhancement mode. Some months will be busier (new initiatives, seasonal projects), others quieter. But you always have us on hand, and priorities can shift at any time to match what your business needs.
