An official Zoho Authorised Partner, based in the UK
Limitless IT Consultancy is part of Zoho's official partner programme — certified by Zoho, with a direct line into their teams. Here's what that means, and why it matters when you're choosing who looks after your Zoho system.
What is the Zoho Partner Programme?
Zoho runs a global partner programme for consultancies that implement, customise and support its software. Rather than employing armies of consultants itself, Zoho certifies independent partners — training them on the platform, giving them dedicated support channels, and holding them to a standard before they can carry the badge.
Partners are tiered — Authorised, Advanced and Premium — based on certified expertise, customer base and track record. Every partner starts by proving themselves at Authorised level; progression reflects real client outcomes, not marketing spend.
Importantly, working with a partner costs you nothing extra. Zoho subscriptions are priced the same whether you buy them directly or work alongside a partner — what changes is the expertise, speed and accountability you get with your system.
What partner status means for your business
The badge isn't the point — what it unlocks is.
Certified, current expertise
Partners are trained and certified directly by Zoho, and re-assessed as the platform evolves. You get advice grounded in how the tools work today — not how they worked three years ago.
A direct line into Zoho
Partners have dedicated support channels and named contacts inside Zoho. When something needs escalating — a bug, a limit, an edge case — we don't join the public queue.
Early sight of what's coming
Zoho briefs partners on new features and roadmaps before general release. It's why our monthly What's New webinars can show you features the week they land in the UK.
A vetted track record
Partner status isn't bought — it reflects certified expertise and real customer outcomes, reviewed by Zoho. It's independent evidence that we do this work well.
Not every partner works the way we do
We don't earn commission on licences
Many partners make their money selling Zoho licences. We don't. Our subscription model means our only incentive is making the Zoho you already pay for work harder — if anything, we're known for finding apps in your existing Zoho One subscription that replace tools you're paying extra for.
A UK team you actually work with
Five UK-based Zoho specialists, and you work directly with the people who build your system — no account managers, no offshore hand-offs. We've worked in the Zoho ecosystem since 2018.
One flat fee, unlimited requests
Rather than hourly billing or fixed-scope projects, clients subscribe to us as their outsourced Zoho team: unlimited requests, one project at a time, delivered until it's right. Our 93% renewal rate says more than we can.

Partner Questions
How does your pricing work?
We operate on a simple subscription model rather than hourly billing or fixed-scope projects. You can choose either a monthly rolling plan or an annual plan (which is significantly discounted). Both options include unlimited hours — the only rule is we work on one project at a time. This gives you a predictable monthly cost with no surprise bills, regardless of how complex a task turns out to be.
Are you an official Zoho Partner?
Yes — Limitless is a Zoho Authorised Partner, with over seven years of experience in the Zoho ecosystem. What sets us apart from many Zoho partners is that our business model isn't based on selling Zoho licences for commission. Our focus is entirely on supporting you in getting the most out of the Zoho platform you're already paying for — not upselling you on more licences you may not need. This means our advice is always in your best interest, not driven by sales targets.
Where is your team based?
Our entire team is based in the United Kingdom. We're experienced with data privacy and security requirements, including working with clients who hold government contracts with strict compliance obligations.
