Zoho Analytics has published its June 2026 updates, spanning the developer platform, Ask Zia and AI, administration, data import, new integrations, and reporting.

  • The Zoho Analytics MCP Server is now available in Zoho MCP, making it easier for AI agents and assistants to discover and connect.
  • Zoho Analytics is now available as a connector in Claude, letting you query workspaces and pull insights from within Claude.
  • API v2.9.0 adds tag management: create, update, delete, and list tags and tagged views, and add or remove tags across multiple views.
  • API v2.9.0 also adds custom role management (create, update, delete, and list custom roles) and a new endpoint to retrieve query tables.
  • Export data APIs now support password protection, so exported files can only be opened by someone with the password.
  • The Ask Zia query suggestion skill can now run on Zoho LLM, giving contextual SQL suggestions without connecting an OpenAI account and keeping processing within Zoho's environment (US, IN, and EU data centers; Premium and Enterprise plans).
  • Workspace Backup and Restore lets you back up an entire workspace, including data, reports, formulas, users, and settings, and restore it from the UI, with scheduled backups, options to include or skip data, and a 15-day window to undo a restore.
  • PDF Import lets you pull tabular data directly from PDF files and analyse it like any other data source.
  • Cloud drive imports now support multiple accounts for every cloud drive except WorkDrive, so you can import from several accounts of the same service without reconnecting.
  • Databridge now supports imports over FTP connections, extending Databridge-based imports to FTP sources.
  • Incremental fetch now supports 1-hour and 2-hour schedule intervals across supported tables and schedule groups (Premium plan and above).
  • A new ActiveCampaign connector lets you analyse marketing and automation performance in Zoho Analytics.
  • A new GoCardless connector brings in payments data for reporting and analysis.
  • Additional Zoho Inventory modules are available for analysis, covering picklists, move orders, and putaways.
  • Amazon DocumentDB is available as a new database source.
  • Date Range user filters gain an Include relative values option, letting viewers filter by periods such as Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, This Month, or Year to Date.
  • Path search now supports Contains or Exact path matching, making it quicker to locate the right path when a report has many possible paths between tables.
