Zoho Analytics' May 2026 release adds data visualization options, Ask Zia enhancements, new connectors, and data model and export improvements.

• Geo map user filter display: maps now respond to the active user filter, zooming to the selected country or its states without separate maps per region.
• Geo map local language labels: country, state, and city names can be shown in the local language of the mapped region.
• KPI widget comparison background colors: set custom background colors on comparison indicators to signal performance at a glance.
• Sort by both X-axis and Y-axis categories: charts with two category axes can now be sorted on each axis independently.
• Ask Zia Key Highlights: Zia generates a narrative summary explaining what the data shows and why trends or anomalies are occurring.
• Ask Zia Agent Thinking Process: Zia shows a step-by-step breakdown of how it interpreted the question and arrived at its response.
• Export option in Zia response cards: export Zia-generated reports directly from the response panel without saving to the workspace first.
• requirements.txt support in Code Studio: list external libraries for Python scripts in a requirements.txt file for automatic installation.
• SendGrid connector: bring email performance data such as send volumes, delivery rates, open rates, and click-through rates into your reports.
• Intercom connector: analyze support and engagement data such as conversation volumes, response times, resolution rates, and satisfaction scores.
• Model diagram improvements: a refreshed UI and faster rendering, with table limits raised from 400 to 800 and relation limits from 1,000 to 2,000 per workspace.
• Large dataset export notifications: exports run in the background, with a notification to download the file once it is ready.
