Zoho Backstage - July 2026 Updates

Zoho Backstage has published its monthly round-up, covering communication delivery reports, abstract submission exports, payment reminder changes and announcement filters.

• Delivery reports for automated and scheduled emails can be exported from Communications, by opening the campaign and clicking the Mails Sent count.
• The exported email report covers name, email, company, sent on, status and failure reason.
• WhatsApp delivery reports can be exported from Communications, WhatsApp, Manage, Delivery Report by selecting a template and clicking Export.
• The exported WhatsApp report covers name, mobile, company, sent on, status and failure reason.
• Abstract submissions can now be exported from Abstract, Submissions, All Submissions using the hamburger menu, a feature requested by Abstract Management early access users.
• The submission export can include co-author details, reviewer details and reviewer comments, and it respects any filters currently applied to the page.
• Payment Completion Reminder emails now include a one-click opt-out section, which is added automatically and cannot be edited or removed.
• A new delivery report for reminders tracks unique recipients, total emails sent, delivery and bounce status, and how many reminders each recipient received.
• Search Email History now shows every reminder sent to an individual with its timestamp and delivery status.
• Recipients who opt out are redirected to a confirmation page, and you can review them using the new Opted Out filter in the Missed Registrations tab.
• For new events, the maximum number of reminder criteria has dropped from five to three; existing events with more than three are unchanged.
• Announcement filters now show item counts in the Posted and Scheduled tabs, covering announcement type, posted on, and during the event, with a count for each event day.
