Zoho Backstage - June 2026 Updates

Zoho Backstage's June 2026 update introduces improvements to registration, messaging credits, announcements, and ticket display, including one early-access feature.

• Assign attendees later (early access): purchasers can reserve tickets and add attendee details afterwards, or generate a shareable claim link for an entire order or for individual tickets.
• Claimed tickets update automatically in the order, and attendees receive their confirmation once they claim a ticket and complete their details; unassigned tickets are clearly marked and can be assigned at the check-in desk.
• Auto-recharge for WhatsApp IM credits automatically purchases credits when your balance falls below a threshold you set, up to 100 credits per recharge, and requires a saved payment method.
• Announcement filtering and navigation: filter announcements by type, event phase, and event day, with improved sorting, more readable timestamps, and a detailed view when you click a row.
• Tickets section enhancements: show or hide individual ticket groups and classes and rearrange ticket groups with drag and drop in the website builder.
