Zoho Billing - June 2026 Updates

Zoho Billing's June 2026 update adds features for managing subscriptions, customising records, and handling expense documentation.

• Create one-time addon quotes directly from an active subscription for non-recurring charges; once accepted, an invoice is generated and associated with the subscription, and autocharge can bill a saved payment method immediately.
• Customers can view and accept one-time addon quotes from the Customer Portal.
• Import item subscriptions in bulk from the Import Subscriptions tab, removing the need to create each subscription manually.
• Customise the PDF template of expense records using a fully configurable template, with a default template created automatically for your organisation.
• Track custom field usage per module to see where a field is used before modifying or deleting it.
• Retain attachment and image custom field values automatically when you convert or clone records, provided both transactions share the same label name and data type.
