Zoho Billing - May 2026 Updates

This is the May 2026 roundup of updates in Zoho Billing, covering pricing, PDF, subscription, and import enhancements; several items are in Early Access.

• You can associate sales price lists with business locations, so transactions without a customer price list automatically use the location's price list.
• You can include annexures in record PDFs, which are added as extra pages at the end of the generated file.
• Early Access: you can set an Overage Restriction on drawdown addons, at addon or subscription level, to stop consumption once a prepaid balance is used up.
• You can filter the Subscriptions Summary Report by specific Products and Plans.
• Early Access: an API can regenerate invoices for usage-based subscriptions, combining corrected recurring charges with updated usage without losing billing data.
• Early Access: item custom fields can be applied to usage line items, so addon-specific details carry through to the invoice.
• Zoho Billing now tracks record participants, marking any user who creates, edits, approves, or comments on a record and separating Record Participants from other users when notifying; this is on by default for new organisations and in Early Access for existing ones.
• You can bulk-update reporting tags across multiple items at once.
• An Overwrite option lets you update existing plans and addons during import by matching on plan or addon code or ID, processing unmatched rows as new records.
• You can set a common redirection URL at the organisation level, used when no product-level redirection URL is present.
• Customers can sign in to or create a portal account during checkout on multi-page hosted payment page templates.
• Zoho Billing is now available in three more languages: Korean, Polish, and Greek.
