Zoho Cliq 7.0 is a major release announced as five themes, with the individual features documented in separate help guides and blogs.

• Conversation improvements aim to add structure to internal chats, external collaboration and busy channels so threads are easier to follow.
• AI is now built into conversations and workflows rather than being a feature you switch on, so it surfaces context and suggests actions as you work.
• Meeting updates focus on clarity, the viewing experience and support for taking part in live discussions, plus returning to what was discussed afterwards.
• Administration and customisation options give teams more control over setup and day-to-day operation instead of adapting workflows to the platform.
• Scaling organisations get smoother onboarding, better system-wide visibility, stronger accessibility support and improved reliability across devices.
• Each theme has its own detailed help guide, and four companion blogs cover the release, including one on the Cliq developer platform.
