Zoho Contracts - Offline Signature Support

Zoho Contracts now supports Offline Signature, letting you manage contracts that are signed outside the platform through wet signatures, third-party signing tools, or in-person execution.

• Admins enable the feature from organization settings to let users across the organization upload externally signed documents.
• Download contracts, amendment documents, amendment letters, renewal letters, and extension letters as MS Word or PDF to share through any external channel.
• Upload signed copies back into the platform along with signer details for organization representatives, counterparty representatives, and other representatives.
• Keep records current by uploading signed amendment, renewal, and extension documents executed offline.
• Store online and offline signed contracts in a single repository for complete visibility and audit trails.
