The Sales Trend and Sales Follow-up Trend dashboards are now customizable, allowing you to adjust analytical parameters and criteria to match your business objectives and operations.
- Previously, these system-defined dashboards had predefined parameters that could not be customized, resulting in rigid and generalized analyses for all types of businesses
- Dashboards now use the logic of custom anomaly components, providing visibility into the parameters used and flexibility to change them per business needs
- You can now edit the component to change the name, criteria, metrics, and related settings to align anomaly and trend computation with your business objectives
- Customization allows you to exclude specific data surges from anomaly computation, such as post-event lead surges from trade shows
- You can add new components to the dashboard to complement the existing analytics
- Components support standard actions: clone, print, download, embed, move, bookmark, add to home, or delete
- Subscribe to get notified whenever there are anomalies detected in your sales data
- Controls for selecting users and durations have moved under the filter funnel near the chart name for easier access
- You can apply changes to view updated charts or apply and save to retain settings
- If you are comfortable using the same metrics for your business, customization is optional and you can keep the same default criteria
- Anomalies are now retained even if the participating data for a duration changes, providing consistency with custom anomaly component behavior
- UI changes bring these dashboards in line with existing analytic components across the platform
- Availability: Enterprise, Ultimate, Zoho One, and Zoho CRM Plus editions. Rolling out first to SA and CA data centers, with additional data centers to follow.
