Zoho CRM - Deploy Zia Agents as Digital Employees

Zia Agents can now be deployed as Digital Employees within Zoho CRM, creating autonomous agents with their own user identities and action trails.

• Digital Employees are created as separate users in Zoho CRM with unique email addresses in the @ziaagent.ai domain
• Each Digital Employee is provisioned in Zoho Directory with its own profile and role, just like a regular team member
• Every action taken by a Digital Employee is logged under its own identity, creating a separate audit trail from human user actions
• Agents can be configured to activate by module, for all records, for records matching specific criteria, or through custom buttons
• Define context parameters from record fields, related module data, and signals like email sentiment to enable informed agent decisions
• Map agent tool inputs to CRM fields so agents work with real-time data when triggered
