Zoho CRM enhances the homepage experience with new design capabilities and content options for creating more dynamic, action-driven workspaces. New features include:
- Drag-and-drop layout customization enabling flexible homepage component arrangement
- Rich text components supporting formatted announcements, policy updates, and operational reminders with bold text, highlighting, bullet points, and images
- Quick links component providing one-click access to frequently used internal or external resources
- Report support bringing key performance metrics and trend monitoring directly to the homepage with filters and advanced controls
- Custom view controls including column resizing for personalized data presentation
- Extended sharing capabilities now supporting Groups, Roles and Subordinates, Profiles, and Territories and Subordinates beyond individual users
Availability: All editions. Phased rollout from 17 February through 2 April 2026 across all data centers, with varying availability by edition and region.
