Zoho CRM - New For Everyone UI Rollout for All Users
Zoho CRM is rolling out the new For Everyone UI as the default experience for all users across three phases based on organization size. Users can switch back to the old UI from their profile panel during the transition period if needed.

Zoho CRM is rolling out the new For Everyone UI as the default experience for all users in three phases based on organization size and account type.
- Phase 1 completed: Standalone organizations and bundle accounts with fewer than 50 users have been updated
- Phase 2 in progress: Organizations with fewer than 50 users across all editions are being moved to the new UI by default
- Users will see notification banners announcing when the new UI will become their default experience
- Users can switch back to the old UI from the user profile panel if needed during the transition
- The rollout applies to all editions: Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate, CRM Plus, and Zoho One
- Rollout timing varies by edition and region across all data centers
