Zoho CRM - Radio Buttons and Numeric Range Sliders

Zoho CRM's Layout Editor introduces two new field formats to improve form usability and data collection. These additions include:

• Radio Buttons allowing selection from a limited set of options (up to 3 per layout) displayed vertically or as compact group buttons
• Option visibility settings to show all available choices or only the selected value for cleaner record details pages
• Range and Sliders for Numeric Fields enabling minimum and maximum value constraints with visual slider control for guided data entry
• Sliding scale interface allowing users to select values visually within defined ranges, improving clarity for scales like customer satisfaction scores or budget ranges
• Consistent data validation ensuring only configured values are accepted regardless of entry source

Availability: Free edition not included for radio buttons. Phased rollout beginning 2 March 2026 for CN, JP, AU, and CA data centers; mid-March for other data centers through 26 March 2026 across most editions.
