Three new security features are now available to strengthen portal user accounts: organization-wide MFA enforcement, individual MFA setup, and password management options.
- Admins can enforce multi-factor authentication across the entire portal to ensure consistent security for all portal users
- Portal users can individually enable and manage MFA from account settings when organization-wide MFA is not mandated
- Portal users can now change their passwords directly, giving them control over account security and convenience
- When MFA is mandated organization-wide, all portal users must authenticate using an MFA code during their next login
- Users can choose to trust their browser for up to 180 days after initial MFA authentication to reduce login friction
- Currently supporting OTP authenticator mode for MFA
