Zoho CRM - Choose How Far Back to Sync Emails
Zoho CRM's email integration now includes a Sync emails from field, so you can sync your mailbox from a chosen date rather than syncing every message. This reduces clutter in SalesInbox and helps manage email storage usage.

Zoho CRM has added a Sync emails from field to the email integration setup, letting you choose how far back your mailbox syncs with CRM to reduce clutter and storage use.
- When integrating a mailbox via IMAP or POP, you can now choose to sync emails from the mailbox's creation date or from a specific date, instead of syncing everything.
- This helps keep SalesInbox free of older, less relevant emails and reduces email storage consumption.
- A storage dashboard shows email storage usage org-wise and user-wise, ahead of a planned email storage limit.
- The field is available to all users with the new email integration setup across all data centres.
