Zoho CRM - Cookie Consent Management for Webforms

Zoho CRM is rolling out Cookie Consent Management for webforms in phases; it is currently available in the JP and AU data centers and not yet in the UK.

• Let form visitors opt in or opt out of cookie-based tracking used for analytics such as unique visits and submissions.
• Support compliance with data protection regulations including GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
• Display a cookie consent banner with a fixed message and accept or reject buttons.
• Configure the banner to only notify visitors about cookie use, without opt-in or opt-out buttons, where preferred.
• Add a link to your company privacy policy alongside the banner message.
• Self-manage consent through cookie APIs, applying cookies only after the visitor consents, which suits sites that already have their own cookie banner.

Availability: Currently available in the JP and AU data centers, with a phased rollout to other data centers to follow.
