Zoho CRM - Mobile App Updates

The Zoho CRM mobile app has received several updates across iOS and Android.

• The Reports module is now available on iOS, where you can open a report, tap a record for details, export in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats, and share reports by email with internal and external recipients. This was already available on Android.
• Record tag management is now available on iOS, including creating, associating, editing, and deleting tags, carrying tags over during lead conversion, and adding tags during a Blueprint transition. This was already available on Android.
• On Android, dynamic formula fields built on the Now() function, such as age of a record or days since last activity, now recalculate every time you open a record.
• On Android, you can open WhatsApp Business chats directly from CRM records by tapping deep-linked phone numbers on business cards, the details page, and the Message option. This was already available on iOS.
• On Android, static subforms are now supported, so you can view predefined rows within a record and update their editable fields.
• On Android, you can add multiple reminders and custom reminders for a single meeting, rather than only one.
• On both iOS and Android, multi-select lookup fields can now be viewed and updated during a Blueprint transition.
