Zoho CRM - Mobile App Updates: Lookup Filters, Approval Recall, Canvas Tags, and More

Zoho CRM has released a set of updates to its mobile apps covering lookup filtering, approval management, Canvas enhancements, and settings persistence.

• Lookup fields on Android now support filters, allowing you to narrow down results (for example, showing only contacts from a specific account) instead of scrolling through all records. Up to 10 filters can be configured per lookup.
• Approval recall is now available on iOS, letting you withdraw records you have submitted for approval so you can make changes and resubmit without waiting for the process to complete.
• Multi-select lookup fields and tags can now be added to mobile Canvas detail layouts on Android by dragging and dropping them from the Data Fields panel.
• Canvas mobile layouts can only be created and edited from the Zoho CRM web app; the mobile app displays them once configured.
• Settings and preferences on Android (including search preferences, display fields, week start day, mail settings, Smart View, Ask Zia, and image compression) are now auto-saved and persist across logouts and devices.
