Zoho CRM - Record Sharing for Activities Modules

Zoho CRM is rolling out record sharing for Activities modules in phases, so Tasks, Meetings, and Calls can be shared directly and closed activities are included when a parent record is shared.

• You can now share a Task, Meeting, or Call directly from the record's more options menu, rather than only indirectly through a parent record such as a Lead or Contact.
• When you share a parent record with its related list, all closed activities are now included, not just open ones, consistent with how closed deals already work.
• This also applies to existing shared records, so closed activities under previously shared parent records are included automatically without re-sharing.
