Zoho CRM - Related List Expanded View

Zoho CRM is rolling out the Related List Expanded View in phases; it is currently available in the SA, JP, CA, and AU data centers and not yet in the UK.

• Open a full-width workspace from any supported related list using the expand icon, without leaving the record details page.
• View up to 100 related records per page, compared with the previous limit of 10.
• Apply smart filters from a side panel using the module's fields, with the record count updating to match your criteria.
• Choose which columns appear using the column chooser.
• Select one or more records and perform mass actions, including Send Email, Tags, Mass Update, Run Macro, Create Task, Change Owner, Cadences, Print Using Canvas, Mail Merge, Delete, and Export Selected Records.
• Use custom buttons configured for the related list directly within the expanded view.

Availability: All editions where related lists are available; supported on lookup-based related lists (excluding multi-select lookup), across the details page, Canvas details page, Portals, and Sandbox. Currently rolling out in phases to the SA, JP, CA, and AU data centers.
