Zoho CRM - Revamped Import Feature

Zoho CRM has revamped its import feature so you can handle large, complex imports, particularly those with related data, in fewer steps and with fewer errors; this is available to all users across all data centres.

• The maximum number of records per batch has increased across all paid editions.
• xls and xlsx imports now use the same per-batch limits as CSV files, instead of being capped at 5,000 records.
• You can import into the Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices modules directly from each module, without the data migration tool or APIs.
• You can import dependent module data at the same time as the parent record, including subform records, multi-select lookup associations, and multi-user associations, for example invoices with their line items in one go.
• Notes can now be updated and upserted through the import tool, not just added.
• You can append values to multi-select picklist fields during import instead of overwriting them.
• Other options include email notification on import completion, importing while data storage is full, update and upsert in the Free edition, and selecting the ISO-8859-8 charset for Hebrew-language data.
