Zoho CRM - Sandbox Support for Integrations

Zoho CRM is expanding its Sandbox to support integrations with other Zoho products, so you can build and test integrated workflows in an isolated environment before deploying to production.

• Configure and validate integrations with other Zoho products inside an isolated Sandbox environment without touching live records.
• Supported integrations now include Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Backstage, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Finance, Zoho Forms, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Circuits.
• Integrations for Zoho Projects, SalesIQ, and Mail Merge are planned for a later release.
• Test end-to-end workflows to confirm how data flows between CRM and connected Zoho products.
• Deployment support is not available for these integrations; note the handling for Zoho Forms (remove sandbox form links before deploying a template, then add the production link) and Zoho Creator (only environment-based apps can be imported into the Sandbox).
