Zoho CRM now offers Zia-powered email summaries that provide concise overviews of all past email exchanges for any record. The feature covers sentiments, intents, missed follow-ups, and key terms across up to 50 emails.

Zia in Zoho CRM can now generate comprehensive email summaries for any record, giving you instant context from past email exchanges without reading every message.
- Zia summarises the last 50 emails (including all threads) associated with a record, providing a complete picture of email history.
- Summaries include underlying customer sentiments and intents across email interactions.
- Response delays, missed follow-ups, and unmet commitments are highlighted automatically.
- Key terms and meeting or discussion notes are extracted and presented in the summary.
- You can access email summaries through the Zia Record Assistant by enabling Zia Smart Prompt.
- This differs from the existing View Summary feature, which only summarises a single email and its threads.
Availability: Professional edition and above, released to all customers across US, EU, IN, JP, CN, and CA data centres.
