Zoho Marketing Automation - Retirement of Weak TLS
Zoho Marketing Automation will stop supporting weak TLS cipher suites across all data centres on 30 June 2026, accepting only strong TLS 1.2 and 1.3 connections. Up-to-date browsers and API clients need no action, while older ones must be upgraded to keep access.

Zoho Marketing Automation is strengthening its security by ending support for older browsers and API clients that rely on weak TLS cipher suites, with the change taking effect across all data centres on 30 June 2026.
- After the change, only strong TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 cipher suites will be accepted for connections to Zoho Marketing Automation.
- You can check whether your setup is affected by visiting the Zoho TLS test page, which reports either a strong or a weak cipher.
- Modern, up-to-date browsers such as current Chrome, Firefox, or Safari need no action.
- Older browsers or API clients may lose access after 30 June 2026, and the fix is to upgrade to the latest version.
- API clients such as Postman, custom scripts, and third-party integrations should also be updated to their latest versions.
