Zoho One - Early Preview of App Adoption and Feature Discovery

Zoho One has shared an early preview of upcoming App Adoption and Feature Discovery components, designed to help you adopt the right tools, learn the apps in your subscription, and find more value across the suite; this is an early look and is not yet released.

• The feature is intended to help you track your adoption rate across the apps in your account and guide users on how to use each one.
• For users, it offers a self-service learning experience with guides, screenshots, and videos that are contextual to business goals and ordered by priority.
• For org admins, it will show what percentage of users are using each app, with this adoption visibility included after launch, plus guidance on setting up and integrating new apps.
• Early concept screens include a usage percentage view for active apps within Zoho Directory, a full-page feature glossary by app, and a floating widget with tooltips to guide you through integrating a new part of the suite.
