Zoho Sprints - Custom Modules for Organization-Specific Data

Zoho Sprints has introduced Custom Modules, enabling teams to store project-specific or organization-specific data directly within the platform without relying on external applications.

• Workspace owners, admins, and users with the required permissions can create Custom Modules within a workspace.
• Modules can be created as Global modules (accessible at the workspace level) or Project modules (accessible within associated projects).
• You can create a custom module using AI by entering a module name and description; AI will generate suggested custom fields based on your input.
• Permissions for Custom Modules can be set at both entity and field levels, configurable per profile under Settings, Modules, Customization.
• Existing data can be imported into custom modules to get started quickly.
• Automations including layout rules, custom functions, and webhooks can be applied to custom modules to tailor them to your workflow.
