Use the Zoho One you're already paying for.
Many businesses on Zoho One use CRM and perhaps one or two other apps, while paying separately for tools the subscription already includes. We map what you use, connect the apps that should talk to each other, and help you retire the subscriptions you no longer need.
Is this right for you?
- Businesses on Zoho One that only really use Zoho CRM
- Teams paying for tools like Calendly, Mailchimp, Zendesk, Zoom Webinars or Zapier alongside Zoho
- Companies weighing up whether Zoho One is better value than their current Zoho licences
What we do
An audit of what you use and pay for
We review your Zoho apps and the external tools around them to find where you're doubling up.
A consolidation plan
Where it makes sense, we move you onto the Zoho equivalent — Bookings for Calendly, Desk for Zendesk, Marketing Automation for Mailchimp, Meeting for Zoom Webinars, Flow for Zapier — and keep best-of-breed tools where they're genuinely better.
Connected apps
CRM, Books, Desk, People, Projects and Marketing Automation working as one system, so data is entered once and flows everywhere it's needed.
Licence and edition review
Checking you're on the right edition and user count for what you actually need.
Rollout and training
New apps introduced in the right order, with your team trained on each one.
Ongoing development
Custom functions, Creator apps and integrations as your business grows — all under one plan.
Three steps to get started
Step 1
Free introduction call
A 30-minute conversation about how you use Zoho today and where it's falling short. No sales script.
Step 2

A full day mapping your processes, then a written report and prioritised roadmap. £1,000 + VAT, deducted from your first invoice if you go ahead.
Step 3
Delivery on your plan
We work through the roadmap with you — and keep improving the system as your business changes.
Pricing
Start with a Diagnostic Day (£1,000 + VAT, deducted from your first invoice if you go ahead) to audit your apps and costs. Ongoing work runs on the Limitless plan — £2,000/month on an annual commitment.

Is Zoho One worth it?
Often, once you use more than a couple of Zoho apps — but it depends on your users and which apps you need. In one recent introduction call, a business paying for Zoho CRM Plus found that switching to Zoho One would save them tens of thousands of pounds a year and give them more apps. We check this for you as part of the Diagnostic Day.
What can Zoho One replace?
We've helped clients replace Calendly with Zoho Bookings, third-party HR platforms with Zoho People, Zendesk with Zoho Desk, Zoom Webinars with Zoho Meeting, Mailchimp with Zoho Marketing Automation, and Zapier with Zoho Flow. We'll tell you where switching makes sense and where a specialist tool is still the better choice.
Can you supply our Zoho One licences?
Yes. As a Zoho Authorised Partner we can set up your licences, and our advice on editions and user counts is based on what you actually need — our income comes from long-term client relationships, not from selling you more licences.
