Bigin - Interactive WhatsApp Templates and Quick Replies in the iOS App

The Bigin iOS app introduces interactive WhatsApp templates and Quick Replies in Business Messaging, along with several other chat enhancements.

• Preview and send WhatsApp templates and Quick Replies directly from the Bigin iOS app. Templates and Quick Replies are still created on the web.
• WhatsApp templates support rich media headers (text, images, videos, documents) and interactive footers such as call to action buttons and instant replies.
• Markdown-style formatting is supported in the chat display, templates, and Quick Replies. Formatting for messages typed directly in the chat input is not yet supported.
• Send voice messages as replies, with up to two minutes per recording. The recorder is available under the Attachment tab, and audio and video attachments now play inline within the conversation page.
• Swipe right or long-press a message bubble to reply directly to a specific message in a chat.
• Convert messages that exceed the character limit into a PDF and send that to the customer for better readability.
• Tap a message to translate it instantly into your primary language, with the option to switch back to the original via View Original. Translation is limited to languages supported by Bigin.
• Templates and Quick Replies are only available for the Contacts module.

Availability: Requires iOS 18.0 or above. Update the Bigin app via the App Store.
