Zoho Bigin - Introducing Product Catalog

Zoho Bigin has introduced Product Catalog, a feature that lets small businesses create and share a public product listing directly from Bigin.

• You can create a centralised catalog of your products and share it via a public link.
• Customers can browse products in a clean layout, view detailed information, and submit inquiries or place orders.
• Each inquiry or order is automatically captured as a new record in Bigin pipelines for sales follow-up.
• You can configure which products appear in the catalog and choose which product details to display.
• Inquiry forms can be set up to collect specific customer data before submission.
• Payment collection can be enabled directly within the catalog if required.
• The feature is enabled via the "Try Catalog" link and is managed by admins only.
