You can now choose how appointments are distributed among users for each event type using multiple distribution methods to balance workload and align with user capacity.

• Default method evenly distributes appointments across users when no specific method is configured
• Round-robin method assigns appointments sequentially in a fixed rotation based on the order you define, ensuring equal and predictable distribution
• Load-based method proportionally distributes bookings based on configured weight percentages for each user
• Priority-based method allocates bookings based on priority tiers (Highest, High, Low, or Lowest)
• Round-robin distribution ensures predictable and transparent allocation, equal opportunity for team members, and balanced workload without manual intervention
• Drag-and-drop interface allows you to arrange users in your preferred sequence for round-robin distribution
• Weight percentages can be adjusted on the right side when using load-based distribution
• Appointments are distributed among active and available users based on your selected method at the time of booking
• Round-robin works best when users have similar responsibilities and capacity
• Load-based distribution can be switched to during peak seasons to assign more sessions to senior consultants with higher capacity
• Availability: Available for all plans. Super admin and admins can configure appointment distribution settings. Workspace admins can manage settings within their assigned workspace. Managers can view the configured method.
