Zoho Bookings - Centralized Customer Form for Booking Pages

Zoho Bookings has introduced a Centralized Customer Form feature that lets you define a common set of booking form fields and apply them across all event types in your organization.

• You can enable the Centralized Customer Form from Admin Center, under Organization and Basic Information settings.
• When enabled, the configured fields are applied as the default booking form across all event types; when disabled, each event type uses its own independent form.
• Common form fields are managed in one place under Admin Center, Customer Settings, Centralized Customer Form.
• You can still add event-specific custom fields under individual event types to capture additional information as needed.
• For event types created after 17 April 2026, the centralized form is applied automatically when enabled.
• For event types created before 17 April 2026, you must enable the toggle individually under each event type's Booking Form settings.
