Zoho Books - June 2026 Updates

Zoho Books' June 2026 roundup adds custom module layout rules, PDF annexures, location-based pricing, inventory and unit enhancements, and new language support.

• Layout rules for custom modules: define conditions to show, hide, make mandatory, or auto-fill fields based on the values entered.
• Annexure attachments in PDF templates: append supporting documents as additional pages at the end of a generated PDF.
• Location-based price lists: associate sales price lists with business locations, with customer-level pricing taking precedence over location-level pricing.
• Auto batch assignment in the Zoho Inventory add-on: automatically assign batches using FIFO, FEFO, or LIFO strategies, available on the Elite and Ultimate plans.
• Partial replenishment: automatically create a new replenishment task for the pending quantities when an order falls below the required quantity.
• Unit groups: manage conversions at the group level and link each group to a specific item, allowing multiple conversion rates for the same base and target units.
• Sync sales returns from Shopify to Zoho Books.
• Three additional languages: Korean, Polish, and Greek.
• Bulk update for items now supports reporting tags.
• Compare locations within a single hierarchy in Reports.
• Admins now have full access to custom reports, including edit, clone, and delete for any report.
• Date range filters can now be applied to custom reports.
• The Alias Name column is now available on the Items list view page.
