Zoho Sign - Document Visibility in Envelopes

Zoho Sign now supports document visibility, letting you bundle multiple documents into a single envelope while restricting what each recipient can see.

• Include multiple documents in one envelope while controlling which recipients can view each document.
• Assign visibility per recipient so signers only view and sign the documents relevant to them.
• Keep sensitive material, such as internal payroll information, accessible only to authorised parties.
• Reduce the number of separate envelopes needed for multi-stakeholder workflows across HR onboarding, finance approvals, sales agreements, and IT policy distribution.
• Administrators can enable the feature under Settings > Account Settings > Sending options > Document visibility.

Availability: Enterprise edition.
