Zoho Sign - MCP Support for AI-Driven Signing Workflows

Zoho Sign now supports Zoho MCP, letting you manage signing workflows from AI clients using plain language.

• Connect Zoho Sign to MCP clients such as Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot through the Zoho Sign MCP server.
• Instruct an AI agent to send documents for signature, including specifying signers, without opening Zoho Sign directly.
• Ask the agent for the status of a specific envelope, such as an NDA sent to a named recipient.
• Have the agent remind pending signers about envelopes that have been open beyond a set number of days.
• Send standard templates, such as onboarding documents, to several recipients in a single instruction.
• Build multi-step workflows, for example an onboarding flow that sends offer letters, tracks completions, and follows up with pending signers.
