Zoho Sign - Template Migration from Other E-signature Vendors

Zoho Sign now lets you migrate templates from other e-signature vendors directly into your account, so you can reuse existing templates instead of recreating them.

• You export templates from your current provider as a ZIP file and import it into Zoho Sign.
• Zoho Sign parses the export and converts each template into an equivalent Zoho Sign template.
• Migration preserves template structure and document content, recipient roles, and field configurations and placements.
• A single ZIP can contain multiple templates, which are processed together in one background migration job.
• After migration, templates appear under Templates ready to use, and admins receive a status report showing which migrated successfully and which need attention, with reasons for anything that could not be mapped.
• The uploaded ZIP file is removed from Zoho Sign's servers automatically once the migration is complete.
