Zoho Sign - Usage Dashboard for Administrators

Zoho Sign has launched a usage dashboard that lets organisation administrators monitor product adoption, spot underused features, and review the environmental impact of each envelope sent.

• The dashboard helps administrators monitor Zoho Sign adoption across teams from a single view.
• You can identify plan features that are not being used and surface adoption gaps.
• Environmental impact data is shown for every envelope sent.
• Six panels are included: Envelopes sent, Feature utilization, Frequently used features, Underutilized features, Popular in your region, and New features.
• The dashboard is reached by clicking Usage in the left navigation panel of the Zoho Sign web app.
• The Zoho Sign team has invited customers to request additional metrics by emailing support@zohosign.com.
