How Much Does a Zoho Consultant Cost in the UK? (2026)

What UK businesses pay for Zoho consultancy in 2026: pricing models, what drives cost, and Limitless IT's published prices for audits, support and plans.

By Jake Harris, Founder Updated 27 September 2026

Zoho licences are refreshingly affordable. Getting them set up to fit how your business actually works is where most of the cost — and most of the value — sits. This guide explains how Zoho consultants in the UK typically charge, what pushes the price up or down, and exactly what we charge at Limitless IT Consultancy, so you have a real benchmark rather than "it depends".

There's no standard rate

Zoho doesn't set implementation prices for its partners. Each consultancy sets its own, so quotes for similar work can vary widely. Always compare what's included — not just the headline number.

The four common pricing models

ModelHow it worksGood forWatch out for
Hourly / day ratePay for time usedSmall, well-defined jobsCosts are hard to predict; every question has a price, so teams stop asking
Fixed-price projectA quote for a defined scope, such as a CRM implementationA clear, one-off buildChange requests once you learn what you really need; little support after go-live
Hours-based retainerA monthly fee for a set number of hoursSteady, predictable small changesUnused hours often expire; overruns are billed extra
Ongoing subscriptionA fixed monthly fee for an outsourced Zoho teamBusinesses that keep improving their systemsMake sure the scope is genuinely open, not capped hours in disguise

What drives the cost

  • How many apps you're implementing — CRM alone, or CRM plus Books, Desk, Projects, Marketing Automation and more (common with Zoho One).
  • Data migration — volume, quality and how many systems it's coming from.
  • Integrations and custom code — connecting Zoho to your website, finance system or industry software, and Deluge functions for anything Zoho doesn't do out of the box.
  • Process complexity — a simple sales pipeline costs far less than multi-team blueprints, approvals and reporting.
  • Users and training — more people means more training and more change management.
  • What happens after go-live. Systems need to evolve as the business does. This is the cost most budgets forget.

What we charge at Limitless

We publish our prices. All figures exclude VAT.

Start with a Diagnostic Day — from £1,000

A full day with your team, on site, reviewing how you use Zoho (or plan to) and how your processes really work. You get a written report and a prioritised roadmap. If you then choose the Limitless plan on an annual commitment, we deduct the full fee from your first invoice. About the Diagnostic Day.

Why we don't just sell hours

Hours-based pricing creates the wrong incentives: the consultant earns more when work takes longer, and the client rations requests to save money — so the system stops improving. On the Limitless plan the price is fixed and development time isn't capped, so the only thing that matters is getting you results. Most of our clients stay with us year after year.

How to compare quotes

  1. Ask what happens after go-live. Who makes changes in month three, and what does it cost?
  2. Check the true hourly cost of any retainer, including what happens to unused hours.
  3. Ask whether custom code and integrations are included or quoted separately.
  4. Check they're a Zoho Authorised Partner — see what that means.
  5. Ask for results from businesses like yours. Ours are in our case studies.
  6. Look at your licences too. A good consultant should check you're on the right Zoho plan — moving several individual apps to Zoho One can save significant money.
